Shipping Policy
All orders placed by 11:00am EST, Monday through Friday will be shipped the following business day. Any orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Please note, we reserve the right to hold any shipment based on suspicion of fraud. Tracking numbers for UPS and USPS orders will be sent by e-mail by the end of the business day when your order ships.
Return & Exchange Policy
Amand's goal is for every customer to be satisfied and happy with their book purchase. If that is not the case, we can accept the return of merchandise for a refund or exchange within 10 days of your delivery.

The merchandise being sent back to Amanda must be in good condition, unused, unaltered and new condition to be resold, the original order confirmation or a note with your order number and request for a refund must be included in the package.

Amanda is not responsible for the return shipment cost of your items unless otherwise determined because of an error on our part or a defect with the product. We accept shipments from UPS, USPS and FedEx.

Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing and a confirmation e-mail to be sent to you. Note: A refund to your account can take up to 10 business days from the day it is processed to show in your account.
